Firefox pak has me scratching my head
Following Jeremy's example in http://www.policypak.com/products/manage-firefox-with-group-policy.html I build a computer side GPO using the preconfigured pak for Mozilla Firefox which is in the Central Store and compiled with 3.8.557.1
For testing purposes I set the Homepage (always reapply); unchecked the default browser check at startup (Lockout this setting); and never check for Firefox updates (Lockout this setting).
Client machine has Mozilla Firefox 21.0 (x86 en-US) and PolicyPak CSE version 3.8.557 installed. RSOP data on client machine shows my GPO as one of the Applied GPOs.
None of the settings are being delivered to the client machine. I've done gpupdate; gpupdate /force; rebooted the machine; logged in as different users; ppupdate; etc.
Am I missing something? Do I need to install a certain version of Mozilla Firefox, perhaps?
Thanks!

Walk before we run..
1. Is the computer itself licensed?
2. Can you get, say, WinZip to work on the computer side?
3. What do the logs say is going on? Computer side (switched mode) logs are in c:\programdata\policypak and the log you want is ppComputer.log.
Go toward the bottom and look for the last run.. and see what it can see.
Lets start there... !

GP Blocked inheritance strikes again
The PolicyPak license GPO was not applied because I had my test machine in an OU with blocked inheritance. Once the PolicyPak license GPO was link enabled in that OU it all works beautifully, just like it's supposed to.
Thank you for saving me from myself (...again) Jeremy! And thank you for such a wonderful product!
