Export Import PP XML
We created a PP Firefox GPO in both our TEST and PROD domains.
We configured the PP Firefox GPO in the TEST domain and exported the settings to an XML file.
Before we import the XML into our PROD domain GPO, do we need to make any special changes to the XML file? I noticed that XML contains unique information such as the GPO ID, GUID etc... that won't match the GPO in PROD.
I have a feeling it won't make a difference, but I want to make sure before importing the XML into PROD.

Two ways to export / import..
I recognize this is a little confusing; sorry about that.
Be sure you perform the Export like this: http://screencast.com/t/GSizmtId7G
Then create a new GPO in Prod then perform the import (again from the Options) button.
This will export the settings from a GPO for later import into another GPO.
The "OTHER" way (which you wouldn't need for what you're trying to do) is this: http://screencast.com/t/GnY03WEv3p
This is if you wanted to make the whole directive "file based" for use with, say, SCCM or copying the directive using GPPrefs or something.
So, in short.. if you use method 1 above, you're a-ok. The GUID in that XML is not the same GUID as the GPO. Hope that helps and sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
